By accessing or using UNO Travel, creating an account, or completing a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
UNO Travel provides a platform for travel consultants to create bespoke payment links for travel bookings and for customers to complete secure payments via Stripe. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By submitting a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. UNO Travel does not store, transmit, or process your card details directly.
Payment amounts, currencies, and descriptions are set by the travel consultant who created the payment link. UNO Travel is not responsible for errors introduced by consultants.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of a completed payment if you are not satisfied with the product or service. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team with your order details.
Refunds are subject to review and may be declined if the product or service has already been fully delivered. Please see our Payment Policy for full details.
All content on UNO Travel, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of UNO Travel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UNO Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
Your name and email address are collected solely to process your payment and communicate with you regarding your order. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UNO Store operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
